This is the deposit required to begin planning your trip. The customized daily travel plan is personally crafted by Andee and will be your main resource for traveling independently in Italy.

After the initial consultation, a proposal will be made with options for a trip plan. Based upon your needs and requests, we will quote you a daily and total price for the custom trip.

The total price for your trip plan will include:

• Custom daily travel plan for up to 6 people

• Two rounds of trip plan revisions

• Direct connection to Andee’s network of experts, artisans, sommelier, chefs, and food producers in Italy

• Bookings and reservations as designated in the itinerary

• Unlimited access to email and chat with Andee while customizing your plan and during travel

• Interactive travel document with links to all recommended activities, restaurants, contacts

• Google Maps with detailed markers and routing for restaurants, major points of interest, and navigating the planned itinerary

The price does not include:

• Transportation

• Meals

• Activity fees

• In country guide fees

• Admission to museums

• Gratuities
