Tuscany, The "Antipasto", and Greetings & Presentations
Antipasto of crostini, sottoli e sotto aceti, e formaggi. Insalata verde.
Antipasto in Italian means "before the meal". In a traditional Italian feast, it comes before the primo piatto or "first course". An antipasto typically sources the regions local produce, and cured foods. Classic arrangements are cold salads, cured vegetables and meats, cheeses, and bread with condiments made from ingredients that reflect the surrounding culinary heritage.

- Small groups of 16 students or less - space is limited!
- A taste of Cucina Toscana in the welcoming ambiance of Redlands' new and wildly celebrated pizzeria, La Volata.
PRICING & DATES
Classes will be held weekly at La Volata Pizzeria in Redlands on Monday evenings from 6:00 - 7:30.
$40 per class or, $150 in advance for the complete course (4 classes). Reservations are required.
